All sessions are 45-50 minutes in length.   

Initial Assessment Fee is $165 

Subsequent Session Fee is $125  

Longer sessions will be prorated based on the subsequent session hourly fee.

 In order to maintain a healthy balance between her practice and her family, Denise does a limited number of public speaking engagements each year.  Public speaking fees are established to offset time away from her practice and reduced availability for client sessions. Presentation fees are her hourly rate & include all applicable travel and lodging expenses.  Please contact Denise directly at (319) 202-4080 or via e-mail at Denise_Stapley@msn.com to discuss your groups needs and fee arrangements. 

Denise accepts a variety of insurance including Cigna, United Health Care, Medica & Wellmark BCBS.

Denise cannot accept Medicare nor Medicaid.  

Private Pay is also accepted via cash, check, or credit card including HSA cards. 

Payment is expected at the time of service.  So, If you have questions regarding your insurance coverage, you will need to call prior to the first session to clarify benefits directly with your insurance/EAP provider.
