Denise Stapley LMHC, PLC

Denise is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and currently one of only three AASECT Certified Sex Therapists practicing in the state of Iowa.  She brings to the table over two decades of direct therapy experience with a wide variety of clients for a wide variety of issues which include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, grief and loss, work/life stress, and sexuality related concerns.

Denise works with each individual client to create a therapeutic plan for change. And she believes in the empowerment of her clients to create that change in their lives. Therefore, therapy is an active process and often involves active "homework"  between sessions to help facilitate change.  

All therapy is provided in office within a professional yet welcoming environment.
